Featuring an open structure, modular design, compact size, and reliable hardware, this product is widely used in mechanical equipment across industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, petroleum, and mining. Typical applications include belt conveyors, hoists, winches, emulsion pumps, submersible electric pumps, mine fans, and water pumps. Through the VFD's high-precision motor control, operation remains safe and efficient. During start-up and shutdown, mechanical impact is minimized, extending equipment lifespan and delivering significant energy savings.

Software current limiting and torque limiting functions effectively address current surges.
The explosion proof VFD, when used in applications involving rapid acceleration (e.g., CNC lathes) or sudden load changes (e.g., brick-making machines), may experience significant surge currents during operation. The overcurrent suppression function can be activated to prevent overcurrent alarms by automatically extending the acceleration time or limiting the rate of frequency increase, ensuring continuous system operation.For applications requiring rapid acceleration, the "overcurrent stall action current" can be appropriately increased during V/F control, while the "speed control torque upper limit" can be raised during vector control. However, excessively high settings may trigger inverter alarms such as "overload" or "rapid current limiting" faults.

Overvoltage suppression enabled, effectively suppressing bus voltage rise
- In certain constant-speed power generation loads (such as oilfield pumping units) and applications with impact-type sudden load changes (such as high-power punch presses), overvoltage faults are likely to occur during operation.
- The overvoltage suppression function prevents such faults even when no braking unit or braking resistor is installed. By precisely regulating the DC bus voltage, the inverter adjusts the operating frequency and acceleration/deceleration time to dissipate excess bus voltage, thereby avoiding inverter alarms or potential damage.

Full range of three-phase current detection
Features include three-phase current detection, faster vector control response speed, and higher control accuracy. It provides fast and timely protection against output phase loss and imbalance, prevents motor overheating and damage, enhances motor ground short-circuit protection capability, and ensures the safety of the electrical system.
