(GGE) for a comprehensive, three-day technical exchange and training program. The visit commenced with a series of intensive technical sessions led by Renle's engineering specialists. These deep-dive presentations offered GGE's representatives detailed insights into the design philosophy and operational advantages of Renle's core product lines. Particular focus was placed on the RNMV series medium-voltage soft starter cabinets, renowned for their smooth acceleration of large motors; the RNHV series medium-voltage variable frequency drives(VFDs), designed for precise speed control and significant energy savings; and the versatile JJR8800 series low-voltage soft starters.
A significant part of the technical exchange focused on the proven track record of Renle equipment already in operation at GGE's facilities. The delegation shared positive feedback on several RNHV series medium-voltage VFDs that have been reliably controlling critical air compressor units for over 18 months. They reported notable energy savings and a marked reduction in mechanical stress on the motor systems, leading to decreased maintenance needs. Furthermore, the consistent performance of JJR8800 low-voltage soft starters in their pumping applications was highlighted, with GGE engineers appreciating the products' reliability and the resulting improvement in overall system uptime.
The delegation's tour of Renle's advanced manufacturing facilities provided tangible backing for this proven performance. Walking through the high-voltage workshop, low-voltage workshop, and electronics assembly area, the guests observed the entire production workflow firsthand. Through technical exchanges, they gained a clear appreciation for Renle's commitment to manufacturing excellence, evidenced by its digitized production systems, automated testing procedures, and a stringent, full-process quality control framework that governs every stage from component inspection to final product certification. The GGE team expressly linked the reliability they've experienced in their own plant to the rigorous standards witnessed on the production floor.
