Product Features
- The GGD type AC low-voltage main low voltage switchboard adopts a standard cabinet frame assembled from C-type materials. The frame components and special auxiliary parts are manufactured by Renle, ensuring the cabinet's precision and quality. The cabinet components are designed based on modular principles, featuring mounting holes spaced at 20 mm intervals. Its high level of standardization enables pre-production in the factory, thereby shortening the production cycle and improving work efficiency.
Heat dissipation of the cabinet during operation is fully considered in the design of the GGD cabinet. Ventilation slots are provided at the upper and lower sections. When the components inside the cabinet generate heat, the hot air rises and exits through the upper slots, while cool air continuously enters through the lower slots. In this way, a natural ventilation channel is formed within the enclosed cabinet to ensure effective heat dissipation.
- According to the design principles of modern industrial products, the GGD main low voltage switchboard type low-voltage switchboard adopts the golden ratio method to determine the appearance and dimensions of each section, giving the cabinet a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.
- The cabinet door is connected to the frame by a shaft-type movable hinge, making it easy to install or remove. A molded rubber-plastic sealing strip is fitted along the door flange. When the door is closed, the strip is compressed between the door and the frame, preventing impact between the two and improving the protection level.
- The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame by multi-stranded copper wire. The internal components of the cabinet are grounded to the frame through knurled washers, forming a complete grounding system for the entire cabinet.
- The surface of the cabinet is treated using high-pressure electrostatic powder coating technology. The coating features excellent adhesion and quality. The cabinet has a matte finish that reduces glare, providing operators with a more comfortable visual environment.
- The main low voltage switchboard top cover of the main low-voltage switchboard can be removed when necessary to facilitate on-site installation and adjustment of the main busbar. Lifting rings are provided at the four corners of the top for hoisting and transportation.
- The cabinet has a protection rating of IP30. Depending on environmental requirements, users may choose protection levels between IP20 and IP40.

Auxiliary Circuit Design
The auxiliary circuit design is divided into two parts: one for power supply systems and the other for power plants.
Main Bus
When the rated current is 1500A or below, a single copper busbar is used. When the rated current exceeds 1500A, a double copper busbar is selected. The contact surfaces of the busbars are tin-plated.
Product usage environment
- The ambient temperature should be between -5°C and +40°C, with a 24-hour average not exceeding +35°C.
- Altitude: not more than 2000 m.
- Relative humidity: not more than 50% when the ambient temperature is +40°C. Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures (for example, up to 90% when the ambient temperature is +20°C). Occasional condensation may occur due to temperature changes.
- The inclination of the equipment relative to the vertical plane should not exceed 5° during installation.
- To protect the electrical components, the equipment should be installed in a location that is resistant to vibration and corrosion.
