The system, controlling 46 main drive points, utilized our RNB8 series variable frequency drives to achieve exceptional speed synchronization and precise load distribution across critical sections like the wire, press, and dryer parts. This solution guaranteed the paper machine's stable operation at a working speed of 400 meters per minute, with speed regulation accuracy as high as 0.01%. Such precision is crucial for maintaining consistent paper quality, minimizing breaks, and optimizing overall energy consumption.
