Product Introduction
The 6.6 kV soft starter is a solid-state, medium-voltage device designed for three-phase induction motors. It controls motor acceleration, deceleration, and protection by adjusting the output voltage through thyristor conduction angle regulation. This enables smooth starting and stopping operations, greatly reducing inrush current to the power supply and decreasing mechanical stress on driven equipment and couplings. As a result, electrical grid disturbances are minimized, and mechanical components are protected from shock loads.
Medium-voltage systems are inherently complex-your starter shouldn't complicate them further. RENLE's RNMV-EI medium-voltage soft starter simplifies operation with user-friendly features such as plain-language diagnostics, eliminating the need for code deciphering. Built-in monitoring, status indicators, and comprehensive I/O options save space and reduce auxiliary costs, while also speeding up commissioning. Operation Panel Description
This 6.6kV Soft Starter series of Intelligent high-voltage solid-state soft starting cabinets use PLC andHMI (Human-Machine Interface, refer to touchscreen) as peripheral application extensions,PLC as peripheral terminal function extensions, and HMI as Intelligent high-voltage solid and state soft starting cabinet status monitoring and parameter modification.
